The team of the project “ Life for birds” held the second meeting of the expert group formed to develop a bird friendly pole. The task of the group is to develop a technical specification for a pole that is part of the electricity distribution network and there is no need for additional securing. The plan is to produce and mount the prototype pole in real conditions, and after that to observe the positive effect of the new construction.
Representatives of experts from the Ministry of Energy, the Bulgarian Institute for Standardization and the Regional Inspectorate for Environment and Water took part in the meeting, besides experts from the project beneficiaries.
